Post-it Note Organization

Hello! Welcome to another post!

Today, I am sharing how I organize all of my Post Its (I know it’s a lot!) But I use them all the time whether it is for work, school, or for personal stuff (like planners or home document organization). You will always find me with Post Its! I keep some in my bed side table, in my car, in my kitchen, and anywhere else you can think of!

I keep my Post Its in the top drawer of my home office desk and it is the perfect spot as I always have them at hands reach. And I can keep the drawer open as I am working to be able to continuously access them. 

I am using little desk organizers from the dollar tree that fit the drawer perfectly and are perfectly sized for the different sized Post Its. I have used these bins for over 5 years and they are still in great condition. I don’t know if they make the blue ones any more but here is a link to some of the other colors on Dollar Tree’s website:

I have the bins labeled with the different types/sizes of Post Its. And I have them labeled in a way so that when I am sitting at my desk and looking at the drawer from the side, I can see all of the labels clearly!

3×3 Post Its (Regular, Fully Adhesive, Extreme, Transparent)

3×2 Post Its (Regular)

2×2 Post Its (Regular, Fully Adhesive)

2×1.5 Post Its (Regular, Transparent)

Shaped Post Its (Stars, Hearts, Apples, Martha Stewart Avery, Emoji, etc.)

Post It Flags 

Post It Arrows

Post It Tabs (1 inch, 2 inch)

Post It Labels
